Policies

Every piece is made to order or carefully packed from our ready-to-ship collection, and typically ships within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Original artwork is packaged with reinforced corners, protective wrap, and rigid cartons to guard against damage in transit. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

We currently ship within the United States and, in select cases, internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and destination.

Because each piece is an original, handmade work of art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will happily arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Custom commissions are reviewed and approved by you before shipping, so please review the finished photos closely before giving your approval.

Custom commissions require a signed quote and deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due once the artwork is complete and approved.

Because custom work is made specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Cancellations made before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund.

We will share progress photos and a final approval photo before your piece ships. Please respond promptly to keep your project on schedule.

We collect only the information needed to process your order or commission — such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — and never sell your information to third parties.

Photos submitted for custom commissions are used solely to create your artwork and, with your permission, may be shared for portfolio or marketing purposes.
