Art by Calikusu began with a simple belief: that a piece of art should feel as personal as a handwritten letter. What started as a small collection of hand-textured canvases painted at a kitchen table has grown into a studio devoted to one-of-a-kind, meaningful artwork.
Every canvas is built up by hand in layers of plaster, pigment, and patience — never printed, never mass-produced. Arabic calligraphy is lettered with care, colors are mixed by eye, and every edge is finished by hand before a piece is ever considered complete.
